A guided ten-step application that turns customer selections, service-area requirements and supplied pricing rules into a structured pool estimate and consultation journey.
Business problem
Early pool enquiries lacked consistent information about scope, postcode eligibility and customer preferences, making qualification and follow-up less efficient.
What I delivered
Implemented the guided journey, supplied pricing logic, postcode validation, responsive behaviour, OTP verification and the hand-off into consultation and CRM workflows.
Business value
Customers receive a clearer self-service pathway while the business receives more structured enquiry information before the sales conversation begins.

A human-supervised automation pipeline designed to discover relevant businesses, audit websites, research contacts and prepare personalised outreach drafts.
Business problem
Prospect discovery, website review, contact research and email preparation involved repetitive manual work and inconsistent documentation.
What I delivered
Designed the n8n workflow, audit scoring, research steps, structured AI outputs, personalised Gmail draft creation and sent-status monitoring.
Current result
The discovery-to-draft pipeline is operational. External reply validation and response classification remain explicitly in development.

An initial web-based portal designed to centralise creative projects and give design, marketing and management teams a clearer shared view of active work.

Project information, assets and deadlines needed a more organised visual workspace for teams involved in creative production.
What I delivered
Designed and developed the initial visual dashboard and integrated Supabase for project creation, information capture and storage.
Scope clarity
The dashboard and data-storage experience were implemented. Wider feedback and approval workflows were designed for later phases.

Communication challenge
Bespoke joinery and spatial design can be difficult to explain through conventional static sections and disconnected project images.

Designed the visual journey, developed the responsive interface and built the scroll-based sequence that transforms the environment.
